Is Tenectar Place Better Than AltiPlace?

Tenectar Place has been butting heads with AltiPlace for over a decade and would like to entirely replace it, is not an understatement. An IATNK published in 2018 in New England Journal was a multi-centroranomized trial based out of Australia. Results showed that 22% of patients in Tenectar Place Group versus only 10% of Altiplace Group had over 50% earlier perfusion of the occluded vessel prior to thrombactomy.
