Your brain and your body also tap into your water supply to restore, rejuvenate and detoxify you while you're sleeping. So for that reason, before i have my coffee first thing in the morning, i know there's a lot of coffee lovers that listen tothes podcast. I personally make sure i'm kicking off my day with at least one, at least one 16 ounce glass of water. Then i'll have my second glass of water along with my morning cup of coffee, or my home made late that i make.
