How to Slow Down Your Speech
Go in a bathroom stall, let's say, where you have some privacy. Go somewhere quiet and do some deep breathing. By doing this, we are damning back the exhail so that we can slow it down. And when we have an exhal that is at least twice as long as our inhal it automatically calms our nervous system. Yes? So we can do this maybe five to ten times in a row. We can even do this sitting in a room. You just let your exhale escape through the tiniest, you know, space in your lips,. While having a smile on your and nobody's the wiser.
