Real Estate People Are Civilization Builders
Paul Waldman: Real estate people are civilization builders. How do we look at these grandiose concepts around the concept of building an apartment building, buddy? I could get into under units there approved. That works. And then also if we layer on climate change to that, we're going to be the builders of the climate change solutions in buildings. Like I said, we don't think it can work. But if history is any indication, we'll muddle through. The best advice any of us could take was that given by Yona Salk back in like 1963.
