The Importance of Inclusion in the Workplace
Autistic people should not be pigeonholed. Autistic people can do just about anything and more than anyone else, depending on their wants, desires, passions, interests,. where they are in life. Inclusion isn't like a statement or words on a page in a policy. Inclusion is an ongoing action. I hope that sinks in. It's not set and forget. There's actions in offices in the modern day open office spaces. Let's start by talking about the environment. So let's get that part out of the way and then we'll go on from there.
