Building a New Construction Unit in Philadelphia
When i look at new construction units and some of the most successful developers, the poor plan is the same. The goal is obviously highly localized. I would never advise someone in san diego base on something in philadelphia only unless i was a they're completed from sprit. There's so little innovation within, like the interior construction of apartments, that i think that it's good. But i'm a firm believer that a very large percentage of apartments should be delivered and designed furnished.
