i always thought also that i was just 110 % extra vert, and my wife identifies as the same amount of intravert. When you start thinking about those definitions, and you compare yourself to the experiences of people whot maybe legitimately are introverts, i think we all have a little bit of both. So i definitely have that experience that is just like, and i think it's also like what i was saying about being overly conscientios. It takes it, that takes energy just to have, like, the concern f how you're going to come off to somebody, or what they're gong to think of you, et cetera right? And i don't know,
