How Does an Espresso Machine Work?

Espresso machines are so explosive because of the pressure in the boiler. You have to keep an eye on the pressure every time you make a coffee. If you don't make coffees for a long time, the pressure just builds and builds. And that's why the barista actually wasn't called a barista. There was not even four barista, it was called machinist. A machinist could drive a train or handle an espresso machine. It was a technician on a baristas.
