Transgender Health Care - What's Your Vision?
Plume is a virtual centre of excellence for gender fforming care, and that's what we strive to be. Our population consists of the transcommunity right now, between the ages of 18 and 64. We started with matthew and i and denver, colorado, back in late 20 19, and now, after a couple rounds of funding, we are in 37 states providing all those services.
