NEPA and My Old Art Nemesis Zoning
When we say abolish the police, what we really mean is just social services and have them focus on the actual violent part. So when I say abolish NEPA, I would take some form of NEPA that was so fundamentally changed that it's like an abolishment of it. My ideal zoning policy is something like this: You can't have a munitions factory with an X feet of a town and you can't have smoke stacks upwind of a school. Otherwise do whatever you want.
