Connecting Sexually Is Easier Than You Think

As life experience together increases, you get to see each other's very laundry on the floor literally and metaphorically. As we start to make more meaning around those negative interactions, our negative feelings increase as well. And so that certainly is going to lead to maybe disconnection and certainly in the bedroom, less passion, maybe more negativity. It's going to maybe decrease our desire for our partner or if it's depending on the situation,. If our partner is desiring us, but we have these negative thoughts about, let's go with the literal dirty laundry that they left on the floor for the 10th time, that's going to be a little bit harder to connect with them intimately.
