There are a couple of ways to measure this. One is by surveying what's called racial resentment, which inquires into whether you think racial disparities are the result of systemic causes or work ethic. By both metrics, Republican voters are more racist. The interesting thing about this is that it actually wasn't really true until the Obama era and has intensified since then.
