The Four P's of Union Membership

SME union thing can group together multiple SME sites. Protection is one of the four P's that we advocate in terms of membership outcomes and benefits, right? So protection is a baseline because I think every worker when they have grievances, they feel that they are dismissed in the wrong way. And increasingly young people like yourselves, you may not find that as necessary because you're mobile, you're empowered. But I think we still need to ensure that have this level of protection for workers who face grievances in the workplace against the employer.
