The Importance of Teamwork

Team is absolutely critical because we have so many different people with different skill sets calling on physicians and health care providers to ultimately impact patients. So I would say about my comment about lead like you don't care if you get fired that does not mean and always be supportive of your team. That does not mean I always say yes. We need people on our team who are yes very individually skilled and capable and held accountable on an individual basis, but are willing and able to work as a team. Ultimately bring the best benefit to the patient.
