People who talk about, it's all about calories, they throw out this thing, they often say, oh, it's just the thermodynamics. But there are three variables here. There's body fat calories in and calories out when you reduce one variable, which is the calories in. If you want stuff to come out of your storage compartment, you can't lock that box. Most of us want to change the body fat percentage. So if you're eating high-calorie foods or keeping insulin levels high, you actually cannot let body fat stay stable. You need to change the hormones to be able to do that. It's very obvious from a mathematical standpoint what needs to be done
