For me, eating 100 calories of ice cream is not satisfying at all. If I eat 200 calories of dark chocolate, that's very satisfying to me. Find the foods that you enjoy most and make sure those are a part of the plan. Those are the things that you're going to sacrifice because then you are not like operating from a position of scarcity.
