Leading Out of a Crisis

Many leaders assume that we're kind of going back to business as usual. And i want to tell you that there's nothing usual about our economy, team moral or the global mood. What you're doing as a leader is this, you are leading out of chaos. You're leading out of a time of division. Your leading into the most rapid changing, uncertain and unsettled world that most of us have seen in our lifetime.
