I think the evidence for quote unquote regulation is not even the right word, I just picked up on it because you used it. The institutional framework is, is a trade unions. Once trade unions were in, in the mix, then you see conditions and factories improve. So that's the sort of the institutional balance and more generally democracy. And your point about immigration is certainly true. Choose fleeing, zars, Russia, pogroms, anti-Semitism, Irish, fluently, potato famine,. Many, many immigrants in the United States came because not because it was glorious.
