General general library is a wrapper for all your tests. It essentially builds virtual environments based on a quick little configuration file. So if you're doing library support across multiple python versions, or across multiple, say, jango versions, then you can mix and match these with just a few lines inside of a configuration file. And those virtual environments are created locally and cashed.
