IELTS Class

My first class, I felt quite inadequate at the beginning because they were all Italians. But once, you know, then I think it's more, you need to make a personal connection, an emotional connection with them. If you can connect with them on a personal level, then they trust you. That's how I managed my first and second IELTS class at the British council Milan.
