How to Onboard a New Employee

So I think of the onboarding as the template for any position at just an overview of everything. Then in their job description, I then lay out, here's your rollout with your milestones and timelines of how we're going to get you up to speed. Does that make sense? So it's almost like the onboarding is universal for any position. But then for that particular position, it's their job description with the milestones that they've got to be able to hit along the way. The less confusion that you can cause for anybody that deal with be it a client or new employee, the better the relationship is going to be.
