In an ideal world, you can do your medical career and take your medical exams. And I feel like that is sort of Nirvana fallacy talking. Anantio Dromia says too much of a good thing could be a bad thing. For example, a society that is too liberal will be tolerant of tyrants who will eventually make it in liberal.
