Right handed the left side of your brain is probably the dominant one for speech and language processes. When i wiggle the fingers of my left hand the marching orders are coming largely from a right hemisphere when i wiggled the fingers ofMy right hand the marching Orders are largely coming from my left hemisphere that's anatomy that has nothing to do with my handedness so there's some connection between brain asymmetry for language and your handedness. That also connects indirectly or directly to other kinds of asymmetries that tend to favor the right hemisphere.
