Coachable?
A coach's job is to have made all those mistakes for the client, so that the client is paying for the time that he is saving by listening to the coach and doing what the coach tells him to do. Most people are wasting ten years in the jump because they don't understand the process by which the human body responds to the stress, recovery, adaptation cycle. They want a result; they want to be stronger, bigger, whatever it is they want to become. But if you're not very coachable then you will never get there.
