i bought a goose because i think goose is unique in its flavor. It's fant dark, strong meat, this wonderful fat you get from it. And we know thata goose farming was absolutely an integral part of the rural economy way back into roman times. I presume thatwas because they were such useful, multi purpose birds to haverond. That's right. They were a beast of credible utility.
