Prison Reform

Punishment is about, i think, a radical desubjectivizing of the criminal. I'm trying to find a way to marry like a pro like prison reform movement with what you and i are trying to do, sort of theoretically. Part of what's at work in punishment is the limitation of the subject's capacity to enjoy. And that's why the worst confinement iss solitary confinement where you have no access to any form of enjoyment.
