The Power of Streaming

The 100 hour work week is actually a very deep proof of self control. So how do you measure that? Physically not sure. Are you having like a clock to make sure you worked at 14 hours that day? I streamed it basically. Like on Twitch? No, there's a lot of private load and communications. But the purpose of streaming is so that I am maximally efficient. And as I watched myself working, I would become much more aware of my own productivity level.
