The Dangers of Hate Speech Law
I'm vehemently for people using free speech, even the people I disagree with. So hate speech law has not changed anything. It just makes it easier to prosecute you for your thoughts because your speech is usually a thought first. In terms of cancel culture, I would just warn people that if they come for you on Monday, and no one says anything, they'll come for your friends on Tuesday,. No one will say anything... And eventually everyone will be gone.
