Putting Dates on Goals for ADHD

I don't know if you feel the same way about putting dates on goals, but for me, I look at as a date on a goal. It's somewhere to aim our attention. If we have an actual aim, if we're going to go in the right direction, or if we don't have an aim for it, no one's really waiting for it. So if you're doing these little sprints or these short-term goals, just let it be a tool to let you focus and give you direction. But do you struggle at all with perfectionism? I do sometimes. And I think startups have really helped me to improve on that. There's only so many hours
