The Importance of Human Interaction in Design

Pamela: I think one of the wonderful things is in UX is that we meet a lot of people with so many different types of backgrounds. We're talking about how, you know, we are humans, the stuff that we deal with is human. And sometimes I don't know, maybe we just get lost in the technology. It's another one of those things that's more healthy for us to keep in mind.
