A third of young interviewees were serving so much that their own health suffered. One 17-year-old was involved in a church from seven a.m. to nine p.m. without time with friends. This is another role for us as adults is where a company and young people is making sure that their schedule is sustainable.
At every age, we ask questions of identity, community, and meaning — Who am I? Where do I belong? What is my purpose? But college students today are asking them with unique urgency and anxiety.
