As a profession, our mindset is we are the answer. We need to help everybody. They have problems. We have the solutions. And so that's I think one of the issues. The burnout rate is higher than a lot of professions. So remote and flexible work or anytime, anywhere work,. it is part of an integrated cultural approach to taking care of our people.
