The Way of the Tuna

In 19 80, moon gives a speech called the way of the tuna. He wants to build an enormous fleet of boats to take over the american fishing industry. This is not just on a drawing board. I have already done it. In the same speech, moon calls himself the king of the ocean. And d'you know, he's going to have to go pretty hard to be the current owner of that title.
