How to Find the Right Fit for Your Work

I've had probably like 30 different jobs until I found a really good one. Those are good fit and allowed me to work the way that I work well. Some organizations you you just cannot change. It won't happen. If there's a situation where you just cannot do anything, then that's for me that's a situations where I have to start weighing up risk.
