Cosmos Intenderment - App Chain Thesis

Cosmos Intenderment, like those are still nine month, 12 months development cycles from what we can tell. So these products are just going to go to where it's easiest for them to build and it looks increasingly like it's going to be on Coinbase or Arbitrum. I do still think like the thing that you get on in the Cosmos arena that you can't get building on like a layer three or something like that is you get full sovereignty, right?
