What's the Problem With the Free Italian Land?
There is a law that nobody should own more than 500 ugera of land, which is apparently about 300 acres. So there is a law, but it's being flouted quite openly. And when the soldier comes back, there's nowhere for him to come to. Where's his family getting their food from? In the meantime, sir tiberias gracchus isn't the first person to have these ideas and to try and reform this problem, is he? No.
