The Importance of Transparency in PBMs
I think there's a host of issues with conflicts of interest involving PBMs that have been well documented. I actually kind of like some of the suggestions that have been made by both sides of the aisle about just greater transparency and price. So it would be my hope that at some point we start to clean this up, including this apparent new conflict between PBM and my consultant. The trends often go as a pendulum. And it usually swings too far in one way and then it pulls back.
