Is Free Speech a Crime?

I think that would be the implication. Because again, what's a criminal in one country or one city could just be a protestor somewhere else. I think part of the reason I've been thinking about this column is that it kind of made me think that crime is really subjective. Like there are certain categories of crimes that everyone would find to be like, absolutely horrific.
