The flow state is when you're locked in and can't stop thinking about a problem. At Microsoft, we have programs called tech resilience to teach people how to be technically resilient. One of the things that we're seeing is conflict with an uppercase C or lower case C between different generations over what's appropriate amount of arguing for tech.
