Estonia's Martin Lars treated Friedman's book as his Bible when he started governing. He abolished tariffs to encourage international trade and privatized 90% of the economy. But economists don't get to be president, but if we took a real life practicing economist full of good ideas and gave him the keys to the Oval Office, I'm getting goosebumps.
