Europa Clipper: The Smallest of the Main Moons Around Jupiter

NASA's Europa Clipper will launch in October 2024, but it'll actually get there first in 2030. This is going to be the largest spacecraft NASA has ever built for a planetary mission. The environment around Jupiter is intense with radiation levels about what you'd get near a nuclear explosion. But who knows? Maybe a lucky pass through a well-placed plume could lead to a historic discovery and save us all a lot of work.
