I generally find if you don't give the questions to you related to yourself as a company or related to another company in general, people have naturally let that guard down. One of the things I heard I do when someone trusts you enough to give you their name and email is to put them in a welcome email sequence. You get that as soon as they sign up but then over the next three or four days, I actually send them value. So when I'm doing something, I'm building up credibility and trust.
