FigJam - Does Your Team Have a Mission Statement?

I think honestly the only reason this process, the way I did it this year was, you know, everyone adding cards. That could only work because we do have a very clear like set of high level objectives as a team. So those two things, what like, all of the ideas basically fall, flow up to those goals and that's where it stems from. We are working to make creators, the heroes of our brand and to make ConvertKit, ask a platform that's made for creators, by creators.
