There are parentless polonium radio halo's in particularly granitic rocks, but in some other types of rocks. The problem with these parentless halo's now polonium is part of the decay chain of uranium uranium two three eight. And what rate we're proposing is that this polonium was being separated from the parent uranium as it was forming and transported by hydrothermal fluids along fractures and cracks in the minerals.
