The Big Political Gamble Is Made
It's incredibly tory, right wing purist on tax. Thatchar right on speed sort of tax but also quite lefty on borrowing. A very strange combination. It's cavalier about the idea that the tories job in government is to be prudent about public finances and then some. But at the same time as it's absolutely out there on the tax. The political strategy behind this, i find baffling to be onis a ga elects tol break it down. Stu: I it's definitely er a moment when the big gamble is made.
