How to Train for Confidence

I love the long aerobic sets, but you kind of build all the way through. I feel like a suit as soon as I put it on, I feel like my legs just don't really have to do anything. So I've done that couple broken, 1500 sets where the first two rounds on suit, we go like 500 aerobic,. 500 faster, and then like 500, 100s face. Then that three times at the last set round, you suit up. And it's just, I just love that. You should see them train there. Their last hundreds is wild.
