Andrew Keen: Warren Buffett's interest in Japan is primarily in buying a significant business that meets the same standards we have for American purchases. Keen: His decision in 2020 to invest what now is the largest percentage of his capital ever invested outside of the US in a collection of six Japanese public companies is a reflection not of his changing his standards, but rather of more Japanese companies becoming qualifiers at a time when sadly most US companies are not.
