'Serial Killer'
The current definition of a serial killer isqte, the unlawful killing of two or more victims by the same offender or offenders in separate events. The homicide clearance rate, or solve rate, which refers to the number of homicides where someone is arrested and formally charged, was 61% in 20 19. But it actually was 54 % in 20 20.
