Is It a Rota Cuff Tendenopathy?

There seems to be a central sensitization component to upper limb tendenopathy. That doesn't seem to exist in the lower limb, where there doesn't appear to be a peripheral problem. I think we just get that sort of tunnel vision where we focus on the problem or the pathology, and not the person. And that that is where the research needs to start moving a bit more.
