Marx's Capital: A Work of Sociology

One of the things I found really interesting or one of your really interesting ways of trying to read capital is as a work of sociology. Often it's read as just an economic theory or an economic text with some kind of embellishments from other fields. So I'm wondering if you could speak a bit to what are these other aspects of it doing and what does it mean to say that it's a work developing a whole sociology as opposed to just aneconomic theory? Yeah, and you know, Marx was not a great help here because when you read the opening passages or chapters or even the first two sections of capital, it's hard to really see what, you know, in what sense
